We offer you very high quality custom built homes. We manage the entire process for you: from drawing the plans, to preparing the building site for the construction, to building the house, to guiding you through the selection of finishes, decorating and furnishing, to landscaping.
We employ excellent people; an architect, a general foreman, a finishing foreman and up to 30 construction and maintenance workers, all who have been trained to meet our exacting standards.
The cost to build will depend on the size, the method of construction and the materials used. Houses already built in Altos de Antigua are a medium-high specification including insulated tile roof, and high end flooring and finishes. They have been built for between US$68 and US$95 per square foot.
We has prepared a simple spreadsheet that goes into a bit more detail than the very rough estimate presented here. It includes a specification of what constitutes a medium grade finish.
